Please provide you account details, your order purchase code and any relevant details. We will email or call you back promptly to arrange the replacement or repair of your item.
Please note that if an item is returned for repair under warranty and it is found from a service agents inspection that it is not a warranty repair, i.e. not a manufacturing fault, then the customer is liable for the repair charges and carriage charges for collection and delivery of item.
